2. About this website

This website is an archive of my earlier design work and projects.

The website does not contain user accounts, newsletters, contact forms or advertising. I do not use the website to create user profiles or intentionally collect personal data about its visitors.

Personal data is processed only where technically necessary to provide and secure the website, or when you voluntarily contact me by email or telephone.

 

3. Hosting and website delivery through Cloudflare

This website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare Pages, a service provided by Cloudflare.

When you access the website, Cloudflare may process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the website. This may include your IP address, information about the requested page, date and time of the request, browser and device information, and security-related connection data.

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, reliable and efficient operation of the website.

I do not use this technical information to identify individual visitors or create visitor profiles.

Cloudflare processes personal data on behalf of its customers where applicable under its Data Processing Addendum. Data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area in accordance with the data-transfer safeguards described by Cloudflare.

If you contact me voluntarily by email or telephone, I process the information you provide only for the purpose of communicating with you and responding to your enquiry.

This may include your name, email address or telephone number, the content of your message and any other information you choose to provide.

Where communication concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with the legitimate interest of responding to enquiries and maintaining correspondence.

Email communication is provided through Gmail by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The information is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the communication or where continued retention is required by law.

 

5. Cookies, analytics and tracking

I do not use this website for advertising, behavioural tracking or visitor profiling.

No analytics service operated by me is used on the website.

If Cloudflare Web Analytics or another analytics service is enabled in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

This website may contain links to external third-party websites. I have no control over how these websites process personal data. Once you follow an external link, the privacy policy of the respective website applies.
